Weld-Rite Services, Inc. is one of the Midwest's oldest and largest metal fabrication and welding services. Since 1946 Weld-Rite has supplied industrial fabrication, repair and on-site welding services to companies throughout Chicago and the Midwest.
Weld-Rite's 60,000 square foot, fully equipped production facility is located in Bedford Park, Illinois, a Chicago suburb. A large production floor can accommodate just about any size job and our drive through building has oversized doors and heavy duty overhead cranes for safe and efficient loading and unloading. Our equipment includes:
- Press Brakes - 200 & 400 Ton, 10' Long
Wing Brake - 10 Gauge by 10' Long
Metal Shears - 16 Gauge to 1/2" HRMS
Plate Roller - 5/16" x 10' Long and 1/4" x 6' Long
Sheet Roller - 10 Gauge x 4' Long
Cut Off Saw - Cuts angles, tubing and channels
Fabricator - Strippt 30/30 - Series Punching
Engine Lathe - 17" x 80" with digital readout
- Mill - Bridgeport vertical milling machine
Burning Table - Flame & Plasma Cutting
Welders - Heliarc/TIG, MIG, Arc, Fluxcore, Gas, Spot
Plasma & Flame Cutting
Drill Presses, Light gauge sheet rollers, pipe
threaders and metal forming equipment
We also maintain a fleet of fully equipped trucks
for on-site welding and emergency repairs.
